There was a time when superhero movies were not defined by "kewl" special effects and convoluted plotting and bitter vigilantism. There was a time when character was at the forefront. Tim Story's Fantastic Four marked the end of an era, a last hurrah from relatable heroes who just wanted to have fun while doing the right thing. Join Alex and Julio as they eulogize a franchise that had the courage to be about family, not alien invasions (at least not until the second movie).
